We use technology to monitor, assess, and improve our Hospital's performance
 

The needs of each Government Hospitals are identified by the Hospital Management Committee (HMC), which includes Doctors, Patients and community stakeholders. These needs are passed as resolutions and uploaded to the tnhealthfoundation website.
The Tamil Nadu Health Foundation (tnhealthfoundation.org) website then showcases these needs, enabling donors to view and contribute towards specific requirements for each hospital.
Donors who contribute through the TNHF Payment Gateway are given access to a dashboard that allows them to track the progress of their donations. Each transaction is linked to a unique project ID, generated by the TNHF system, to facilitate monitoring and tracking at all levels.
Payments to implementing agencies/ Vendors are made through a Single Nodal Account (SNA).
For civil projects over 10 lakhs, approval is first obtained from the District Level Committee before being forwarded to the Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation (TNPHC).
For projects below 10 lakhs, the contribution is directed to the Hospital Management Committee.
The Hospital Management Committee overseeing the project & uploads photos of the completed projects, along with the associated bills and vouchers.
Upon completion of each stage, SMS and email notifications are sent to the donors.
Random audits and field inspections are carried out by officials at the Block, District, and State levels to ensure transparency.Once a project is completed, the Utilisation Certificate are uploaded to the portal, where they can be accessed by the donor via their Donor dashboard.
All projects are closely monitored and tracked by the Executive Committee of TNHF through the Administrator Dashboard.
